Catering

Light refreshments and a free lunch are provided at all full day events.

Confirmation

If after two weeks you have not received confirmation of your booking and a map , please phone us: 020 8969 0747. If you need us to send confirmation details to a home address eg. for volunteers, please include their addresses.

Disabled Access

Yes, for most courses, please ask.

Cancellations

Course fees are returnable if CASH is notified at least two weeks before the course starts.

Changes to the Programme

Occasionally it is necessary to cancel or postpone a course. In such cases a full refund is paid.

Starting Time

Coffee is served at 9:45 am. Day and morning courses start promptly at 10:00 am. People arriving late cause significant disruption and loss of value to course participants during their working time. People arriving very late may be excluded or charged an extra £50.

Prices

BAND A: £25 half-day, £50 one day, £90 two days, £125 three days, £180 four days.

Kensington & Chelsea, Brent, Ealing, Hammersmith & Fulham, Harrow, Hillingdon, Wandsworth, Westminster, City of London, Hounslow, Tower Hamlets and Hackney voluntary sector workers.

Volunteers and management committee members from these boroughs get up to five days free (excluding Sage and Quickbooks). A £30 deposit per day is required to book free places for volunteers.

Our funding is dependent on achieving training targets. People who do not attend encourage cuts in our funding

BAND B: All other areas: volunteers and workers – £45 half day, £90 one day, £170 two days, £240 three days, £300 four days, £350 five days.

We have targeted funding for areas that are paying lower rates!

Cheques should be made payable to Community Accountancy Self Help.
