Having effective policies and procedures is essential to the running of a successful charity. When developing these, it is much easier if you can see how other organisations have done it. CASH is offering its policies and procedure available for use.

It goes without saying that if you use these documents you should amend them for your specific needs. Also, some policies/procedures should be checked by a lawyer (ie. disciplinary procedure). Talk to your local CVS for guidance.
